Holiday Closures for Seattle Parks and Recreation

Many Seattle Parks and Recreation facilities will be closed or on modified schedules in observance of winter holidays. Facilities that remain open throughout the holidays are parks and boat ramps.

Community Centers,
Teen Centers,
Pools,
Environmental Learning Centers,
Small Craft Centers
Closed on Friday, Dec. 24; Saturday, Dec. 25; Friday, Dec. 31; and Saturday, Jan. 1.

For Small Craft Centers, no programming from 12/19 – 1/2

Amy Yee Tennis Center Closed on Saturday, Dec. 25 and Saturday, Jan. 1.

Modified Hours:
Friday, Dec. 24 hours are 8:45 a.m. to 1:45 p.m.
Friday, Dec. 31 hours are 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.

  Golf Courses and Ranges West Seattle:
Friday, Dec. 24: Closed at 2 p.m. (last 18-hole cart rental at 9:30 a.m.)
Saturday, Dec. 25: Closed
New Year’s Eve (Dec. 31) and New Year’s Day (Jan. 1): Normal hours  

Interbay, Jackson & Jefferson:
Friday, Dec. 24: 7 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Saturday, Dec. 25: Closed
New Year’s Eve (Dec. 31): 7 a.m. – 6 p.m.
New Year’s Day (Jan. 1): Normal hours  

  Gardens Kubota Garden will remain open throughout the holidays.  

The Seattle Japanese Garden is closed for the season.  

The Volunteer Park Conservatory will be open 10 a.m. to 3p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 25 (Christmas) and Saturday, Jan. 1 (New Year’s Day).
